ATTENTION MEMBERS: REGISTRATION FOR PRINTER'S ROW LITFEST IS NOW OPEN DO YOU HAVE A BOOK TO SELL AT THE FEST?
OCWW will offer FREE exhibit space at Printers Row Lit Festival to a limited number of members in good standing with books to promote. Litfest takes place in Chicago’s South Loop, Saturday and Sunday, September 7 and 8, 2024.
That’s right, OCWW won’t charge members to participate with other OCWW authors in four-hour shifts under our EXPANDED DOUBLE BANNER at Printers Row this year! Choose one preferred time slot- 10 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm - either day on a first-come, first-served basis. Please include the title and/or genre of your book or series.

We're also looking for volunteers to spend an hour or two (or more) in the OCWW tent during Printers Row, to talk with visitors about OCWW. To experience the excitement of Litfest as an insider and spread the word about the workshop, please register as a 'VOLUNTEER' and we'll contact you to confirm details.
OCWW exhibitors will transport and sell their own books at PRLF, using their choice of cash or a sales app like Venmo or Square, and must provide their own Wi-Fi hotspots if needed.
Exhibitors should plan to stay in our quarter-tent area all four hours of their half-day shift either Saturday or Sunday, and be OCWW ambassadors—pleasant, present and respectful of fellow member-exhibitors and fest-goers alike. We'll host a Zoom meeting, time and date forthcoming, to introduce fellow exhibitors and volunteers before the fest, and to share all the pertinent details and logistics.
