Members who plan to attend Jennifer's in-person event are encouraged to bring one or two prose pieces or poems that they've written to share. Please select material that runs at most three minutes in length.
In addition to hosting the in-person event, we've recorded a lively and informative session our Community Outreach Director Tara Maher co-hosted with Jennifer, a nearly hour-long discussion of suggestions and best practices for public speaking success. ABOUT JENNIFER: Jennifer writes historical romance under the name Jennifer Trethewey. An actor turned writer, she is co-founder and former co-artistic director of Renaissance Theaterworks, the second longest running professional women’s theater company in America.
